We are living through something genuinely unprecedented. Wars are reshaping the world. Climate pressures are accelerating. AI is disrupting what expertise means. Young people entering the workforce carry new sets of fears and expectations that feel more distant than it may have been for those who led a generation before them. A mental health and chronic illness crisis has become so big that it is no longer just a concern for health workers and governments. Those of us with kids have no idea how to guide them nor what might equip them for their adult lives.

 

And somehow, in the middle of all of this, leaders are expected to show up on Monday morning with a clear agenda and a confident direction. Carrying on as if none of this is happening is not strength. It is a habit. And habits, however familiar, have a cost.

We are only implicated in what is happening around us if, once we notice it, we do nothing. This coaching is for leaders who have noticed, and like me, believe that our organisations are uniquely placed to be part of the future that is being built. We have already seen how single, global organisations can shift who we are as people and how some are shaping our emerging culture.

 

The question for you is whether your influence is going to be intentional and for the good.

This may not be a loud transformation. It may be a gradual recalibration. The leader you are becoming is not unrecognisable from the one you have been, you are just beginning to operate from a more honest place. And that honesty, it turns out, is what the people around you have been waiting for.

You choose to be different, not do different, and you discover that being different naturally creates change in and around you. Your teams begin to respond differently and you see your people in a new light. A new energy is created.

You are no longer performing leadership, you are being a leader. 

Who Is This For

My coaching is for those who feel the weight of leading in this moment and want to find a way to lead that is honest about what it asks of all of us, themselves included.

If you are certain the old ways are sufficient, this is not the right fit. If you are willing to notice, to sit with what that means, and to lead differently as a result, it might be.

Most leaders who arrive here have already done the work. They have read the books, completed the programmes, looked at their strengths, clarified their values, listened to the feedback. They are not short of self-knowledge.


Their insight is rich, but it does not neatly translate into their contexts and systems. Back in the complexity of life and work, their awareness and insight fades and the familiar patterns reassert themselves. My coaching is for those who are ready to integrate their insights into how they operate day-to-day.
