Relationships & Transitions Coaching
Coaching for life transitions, shifting roles, and relationship changes. Available in Maidenhead or online.

Life changes us, the people around us change, we change.
In the midst of all this movement, it is easy to forget to pause, to orient ourselves, to recommunicate who we are and to meet familiar people with a new curiosity.
Coaching with me invites you to do just that: to notice what has shifted, to reconnect with your sense of self in the midst of change, and to find reassurance in the path you choose.

-
Our first session
We use this time to understand what you would find most valuable in the coaching relationship (and if you are not sure yet, I can help with that). Together, we begin to explore the situations, systems and relationships that shape your experience.
-
Coaching sessions that fit your lifestyle and pace
I bring tools and approaches that support your coaching objectives, offering questions and observations that help you reflect and make sense of what is unfolding.
-
Between Sessions
Your mind and body naturally continue working for you between sessions. For those who enjoy further reading or resources, I am happy to offer recommendations that may be relevant and complementary to our in-session work.
-
Review and recalibration
We regularly check in on what is working, what is shifting and what you need next. Ensuring the process continues to feel aligned with where you are.
Who is this for?
-
Anyone preparing for, moving through, or recalibrating after a significant change. For example: a new job, career change, becoming a parent, entering the teenage-parenting phase, adjusting after a new diagnosis, making sense of neurodivergence, retirement, or relocation.
-
Those who have sense that something has changed in how they relate to or work with others. This might be a work relationship, a parent-child connection, a friendship, a relationship with a significant other, or even how you relate to the systems you are a part of.
-
People who feel the pull of changed expectations but want to make self-led decisions in how they respond, rather than being carried by others' needs or assumptions.
What is included
-
Session options that fit your coaching needs
You choose what works for you. We agree on a package duration that can be used as you prepare for, go through, or reflect on a transition.
-
1:1 Coaching sessions
Sessions are typically online via video call. I also offer walk-and-talk sessions at Braywick Nature Reserve in Maidenhead. If you are interested in in-person sessions, let me know. I consider these on a case-by-case basis.
-
Personalised coaching focus
We shape this focus collaboratively and revisit it as things shift.
-
Tools and exercises that support your coaching objective
I don't use a single end-to-end structure for every client. Instead, I draw from a well-stocked toolkit and offer structure where it feels supportive. Some sessions may feel more conversational, using listening and questions to deepen your own creative process.
-
Flexible session rhythm
The sessions are shaped around your lifestyle, energy and accessibility needs.
